I just stumbled on this eBay store when I was trying to find a supplier of butchers paper for artwork and giftwrap.

They have an amazing array of gift bags and plastic store type bags for under $1 each, with some as inexpensive as -28c each and that's including the postage.
The butchers paper is cheap too :)
With Christmas already in a good SSers heart and mind, it's worth a look.
