Chilli & Sesame Beef stirfry

3 Strip loin/Sirloin steaks, sliced into thin strips

1/2 cup Chinese rice wine or sweet sherry

1 heaped tsp Chilli paste

1 dessert spoon of minced Garlic

2 dessert spoon of soy sauce

1 & 1/2 tsp Sesame oil

2 dessert spoons Sesame seeds

1 med Onion sliced thinly

Chopped veg for stirfry, I used,

1/2 red Capsicum, sliced into strips

1 large Thai Green Eggplant, chopped

1 Kohlrabi, sliced into strips

large handful of Bush Beans, sliced in half

2 tsp extra Sesame oil

2 tsp Corn Flour mixed in 1/4 cup of water

Marinate the Beef strips in Rice wine, Chilli, Garlic, Soy sauce, Sesame oil for an hour,

Heat Wok & stirfry meat in 3 batches,

Add all the meat back in & add all the veggies & stirfry for 3 min then add marinade, extra Sesame oil & Sesame seeds. Cook for another 2 min then add in Cornflour mix, stir until thickened then mix thoroughly & serve...
