Good Use of Bread Rolls

Tonight I made some lovely pumpkin soup, including some random fridge contents, fresh turmeric, bullhorn pepper and cumin, coriander and nutmeg...'twas yummy...but I digress..I realized at the last minute that we had no garlic bread. So, I sliced some less than fresh bread rolls into 4 pieces and cooked them in a skillet in butter and garlic. Delicious and economical! So I have today, spent a grand total of 87c, which was a tomato to put on a bread roll I had at work.Blog Posts by Judii
