Simple Savings always put our Vault members first. The Vault members have supported us through thick and thin. So we have given them special prices to show our appreciation.
The other prices are for the general public and newsletter subscribers.
Unfortunately we can't work out how much your postage will cost until you have chosen all your items and told our computers where you live. Once we have all that information we will quote you a price for postage. Then our handy hamsters will ask you if you would like to continue with the order.
Generally postage for one or two items around Australia will be $7.
Postage prices to far off lands and ones which are off the beaten track are a bit random. I could try guessing the amount, but there is a 98.76385% chance that I will be wrong.
You can pay by cheque, bank deposit or credit card. We don't have PayPal because in ten years only two or three people have ever asked to use PayPal. If that changes we will add PayPal.
We have been in business online for ten years. We are not going to catch a plane to Nigeria in the middle of the night.
We have a 30 day no questions asked refund policy for all physical items. For example, if we have to post it to you, you can test it and post it back if you do not like it. As long as you contact us and tell us the package is on its way back within 30 days.
We will NOT pay for the goods' return postage. But, we will refund your original postage costs when you bought the items.
If the goods you have bought from us are electronic, such as a Vault membership, then they come with a 365 day no questions asked refund policy.
